Ordering at webshop Billie Design

Welcome at webshop Billie Design, the online webshop with lifestyle items of the Danish brand GreenGate. You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering at Billie Design is simple:
Place the item in the shopping cart
1. Browse to the item of your choise and press the button 'Add to cart' or .
The shopping cart is in the right top of the screen.
You can continue shopping.
2. The item is in the right top of the screen in the shopping cart. Click on 'Checkout' or 'View Cart' to go to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart it is possible to change the quantity or delete the item(s).
3. Are you finished shopping and want to submit the order? Click on the button Check Out.

4. To be able to process your order, we will ask some personal data, like the delivery address. Do you have a customer account at

Login with your e-mail address and password. It is not required to enter your address (invoice or delivery) anymore.

I am new at webshop Billie Design
When you are shopping for the first time, you can choose to create a customer account. This is very easy. It is also possible to order without a customer account. You will receive an orderconfirmation by e-mail.
Select payment method
5. The next step is to select the payment method: direct with iDEALiDEAL(only with Dutch bank account number),  PayPal , Creditcard , V PAY , Bancontact / Mister Cash or manual payment per bank.

Remark: the advantage of paying with iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact / Mister Cash is that the products are directly delivered. Mostly the order is delivered the next (work) day. If you pay manually by bank transfer it will take a few days longer. We start the shipment when we receive the payment on our bank account.

6. If you have a giftcard or discount coupon it is also possible to submit these. Enter your couponcode and continue te orderprocess. The gift card of discount coupon is automatically applied on the total amount of your order.

Make appointment for delivery
7. Normally your order is shipped with PostNL, but it is also possible to make an appointment to pickup the order at our inventory location. If you want to make appointments on delivery please e-mail or call us.

Confirming the order
8. If the payment method, shipment method and personal data is added, please press the button 'Confirm'. You will receive an orderconfirmation by e-mail.

If you place an order at you will receive an orderconfirmation by e-mail directly. The e-mail gives you the ordernumber and overview of your order.
The actual status of your order can be checked in My Account. Also when you placed an order by phone, you can checkout the status in My Account.
