Delivery
If you placed and order and paid through iDEAL, PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, VPay or Bancontact (Mister Cash) then your order is mostly shipped the same workday and delivered to PostNL. The order is delivered the next workday. If you selected Manual Bank Transfer then the order is shipped at the moment we have received the payment on our bank account (average 2-4 days).

Pickup Yourself
Do you live in the neighbourhood of Tollebeek (Flevoland, Netherlands) or do you like it to pickup the order yourself? Then you can contact us to make an pickup appointment. Mostly the following days and times can be agreed on:

Monday 09:00 - 17:30
Tuesday 09:00 - 17:30
Wednesday 09:00 - 17:30
Thursday 09:00 - 17:30
Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Saturday 09:00 - 12:00







 

When you order is packed you will receive an e-mail. When you pickup the order yourself please do not forget to print the orderconfirmation. We can ask you to for proof of identification, like a passport or driverslicence.

Delivery on other addresses
During the orderprocess it is possible to enter an delivery address which is different then the invoice address. It is possible to save up to 5 shipping addresses in your customer account. Did you forget to change your delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. When you received an e-mail that the goods are shipped is is not possible to retrieve the package.


Shipping cost outside Netherlands
We also deliver packages to other countries then the Netherlands. The shipping cost are depending on the country and the weight of the package. The below overview give cost per country for packages until 30kg.

Shipping cost Netherlands
The shipping cost in the Netherland are almost always free of charge. Only for small orders under 35,00 euro we charge 5,50 euro shipping cost. Billie Design ships the packages with PostNL.

Invoice
Please do not throw away the invoice. This is also your proof of guarantee.

Returns
You can return your order within a period of 14 days after the moment the package is delivered. Within this period you can review the items (but not use). After the 14 days the sell is definitive.

Please check if any items are broken or damaged on the day of the delivery. Please contact us by e-mail and/or phone within 24 hours after receiving the package. These items will be replaced or paid back to you. It can be that we ask for a digital photograph for proof that the items are broken/damaged.
Sometimes we ask to send the goods back to us (at our costs)
 
When you are not satisfied with the item(s) you can send these back within the period of 14 days. Also items from the sale or discount can be send back, unless mentioned in the productdescription in the webshop.
 
There are some rules to return the goods:

- within 14 days after receiving the package
- in undamaged, not written on and original package (when possible)
- complete, unused and undamaged

When not applied to the rules above, the items remain your property, We will send the items back to you and charge you for the costs.

Return appointment

Shippingcost
When you return your order (when products not damaged/broken), the shipping costs are yours.

When 2 weeks passed that you send items back to us and you did not receive your money back on your bankaccount, please send us an e-mail.

I have a gift voucher or other on account credits
When you have returned goods, you will be paid back within a period of 14 days. Gift vouchers or on account credits after a gift voucher will not be paid back.
